Terms of service
Effective October 27, 2026 · Version 2026-10-27
Terms for retail purchases and business orders from Rehan Spices Corporation. Customer-specific accepted order terms govern payment and commercial arrangements. Sections expressly marked business purchases apply only to purchases for business purposes; mandatory customer rights remain protected.
1. Who these terms cover
Rehan Spices Corporation (Rehan Spices, we, us) supplies spices and other ingredients. These terms apply when incorporated into your accepted order or otherwise validly agreed. A business purchase is for resale, manufacturing, foodservice, institutional or another commercial use. A retail consumer purchase is primarily for personal, family or household use. Business-only provisions below do not apply to retail consumer purchases.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not place an order, reserve stock or establish credit. Nothing here reduces rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
2. Quotes, orders and purchase documents
Check the exact ingredient, form, grade, quantity, bag or case size, price, shipping charges, destination and required specifications before accepting a quote or placing an order. A quote is subject to its stated validity and conditions. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only unless it expressly accepts the order; acceptance may also occur as applicable law provides.
A separately accepted supply agreement or order-specific agreement controls over inconsistent general terms here. We object to inconsistent or additional purchase-order terms unless expressly accepted by us, subject to applicable contract law. An invoice does not by itself change previously agreed terms. Material substitutions or order changes require agreement.
3. Product information and specifications
Product names and accepted specifications identify the goods being sold. Photographs, including digitally created or enhanced illustrations, show ingredients or culinary inspiration and may not depict the exact pack, cut, lot or quantity ordered. Natural variation in appearance or aroma does not remove an agreed specification or an applicable warranty.
If your use requires particular heat, particle size, origin, treatment, allergen controls, certification or documentation, identify that requirement before ordering and obtain our acceptance. Do not infer those characteristics from a photograph or general recipe. Document availability and relevance must be confirmed for the particular item and lot.
Review any product warning before ordering. Our California Proposition 65 information explains product-specific questions and wholesale considerations.
4. Prices, taxes and shipping charges
Retail checkout and wholesale inquiries are separate. Retail purchases use the exact product form, bag size, quantity and price shown in the checkout. Wholesale catalogue listings and quote-only items require an accepted quotation and are not offered as free retail products. A zero amount or unavailable retail price on a quote-only listing is not an offer to supply it free of charge.
Retail prices and charges are those disclosed and agreed for the purchase. Wholesale pricing is provided by quote or other accepted customer-specific terms. A request for pricing is not a sale at a displayed placeholder or estimated amount.
Customers pay shipping charges disclosed and agreed for their order, except where our agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. Applicable taxes and other agreed charges will be identified in the order documents. A resale or tax exemption applies only when valid documentation and the law support it. We will seek agreement before changing an accepted price or imposing a new charge.
5. Payment and customer-specific due dates
You must pay the agreed price and applicable agreed charges when due under your accepted quote, order, supply agreement or customer-specific payment arrangement. Wholesale accounts may be due on receipt or Net 30 as individually agreed. Net 30 applies only where approved and documented, with its starting date identified in the accepted terms. This website does not grant any customer credit or a standard payment period.
Invoices should reflect the existing agreement. Tell us promptly about a discrepancy so it can be resolved; pay undisputed amounts when due. Available payment arrangements may include cash, check, direct deposit or wire transfer as confirmed for your order. A check remains subject to collection. For retail checkout, payment is due when the order is placed using a payment method actually offered at checkout. Card authorization, capture and refund processing are subject to the payment provider. Wholesale credit terms do not apply to retail checkout unless we separately agree in writing. Do not email card details or enter them in an inquiry form. Verify changed payment instructions through a known company contact before sending funds.
6. Business purchases: overdue payment notice
For an overdue business invoice, we will provide written notice identifying the invoice, unpaid amount, original due date and a payment contact, and allow ten calendar days after receipt of that notice to cure the payment default before referring that overdue balance for collection. Cure the default within that period by paying the overdue undisputed balance in cleared funds or obtaining our written agreement to a payment arrangement. Contact us within that period about a good-faith dispute and provide the relevant details; undisputed amounts remain payable.
The notice is an opportunity to cure, not an extension of the original due date, a new credit period or a waiver of rights already accrued. Any payment plan or revised due date requires an express agreement. After the cure period, we may pursue lawful remedies for amounts properly due. Subject to accepted commitments and applicable law, we may decline new credit, require prepayment for future orders or suspend performance where legally permitted. This clause does not accelerate unrelated invoices.
7. Business purchases: lawful charges and recovery costs
No fixed late fee or contractual interest rate is created by these website terms. Any such charge must be separately disclosed, validly agreed and lawful for the transaction. We may seek statutory interest where available under applicable law. We will not collect duplicate recovery for the same loss. These terms do not authorize compounded interest or interest on fees.
Reasonable collection expenses actually incurred may be recovered only to the extent the parties' agreement and applicable law permit. In an action on a business contract containing this provision, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs as determined by the court and permitted by law. That provision is reciprocal, not a right belonging only to Rehan Spices. Mandatory protections and any controlling institutional contract remain applicable.
8. Shipping, delivery and delays
Retail shipping charges are calculated and displayed before payment for available United States destinations and services. Retail purchases do not include a general free-shipping offer. Wholesale freight is arranged and quoted separately. See our Shipping policy for details.
Provide an accurate delivery address and any receiving restrictions before shipment. We will identify the applicable shipment timing in the order process. Where the federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, we must have a reasonable basis for the stated shipment time or, if none is stated, shipment within 30 days.
If shipment cannot occur on time, we will give the required delay notice and cancellation option, obtain consent where required, and provide a prompt refund when required. Unavoidable disruption does not remove those obligations. Any allocation of freight risk is governed by the accepted shipping terms and applicable law; it does not waive remedies for our breach. Contact us promptly about a missing or damaged shipment so we can investigate with the carrier.
9. Cancellation before shipment
You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Contact us promptly with the order reference so we can stop fulfilment. Cancellation of an unshipped order does not create a cancellation penalty under these terms. We will refund amounts paid for cancelled, unshipped goods and the associated shipping charges that are no longer applicable, within the period required by law.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and provide the cancellation or refund required by our agreement and applicable law. We will not treat an unfulfilled order as permission to retain all deposits or prepayments. After shipment, the return and product-concern provisions below apply.
10. Ordinary returns within seven days
Our Return and refund policy explains how to request cancellation, a return or help with a product concern.
For an ordinary return, contact us within seven days after delivery with the order reference, product and reason for return. Ordinary return requests made after that period are not accepted. Contact us before sending goods back so we can give appropriate return instructions and confirm the applicable arrangements. No restocking fee is imposed by these website terms.
This seven-day policy does not cut off rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed, incorrectly supplied or recalled goods, concealed problems, legally required refunds or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited. The remedy and any responsibility for return shipping in those cases will follow the accepted agreement and applicable law.
11. Inspection and product concerns
Check deliveries promptly for visible damage, shortages and incorrect items. Keep the packaging, lot details, order reference and useful photographs, and tell us about a problem promptly. For a concealed defect, notify us within a reasonable time after discovery as applicable law requires; the ordinary-return window is not a universal claim deadline.
If you suspect a safety problem, stop using or distributing the affected goods, keep them identifiable and contact us. Do not return, destroy or dispose of affected goods without appropriate instructions unless immediate action is required by law or to protect safety. We will discuss the facts and the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
12. Storage, handling and business use
Follow product labels, supplied storage instructions and applicable food-safety requirements. Business buyers are responsible for their own facilities, handling, processing, formulation, packaging and labelling activities, and for assessing the ingredient's suitability for their particular intended use. Maintain appropriate lot and distribution records and cooperate with lawful safety or recall measures.
Request relevant product and allergen information before use when needed. A bulk purchase, recipe suggestion or general website statement is not a certification of your finished product. These responsibilities do not excuse a defect, misrepresentation or legal responsibility attributable to Rehan Spices.
13. Business purchases: particular-purpose suitability
FOR BUSINESS PURCHASES ONLY: EXCEPT FOR A PARTICULAR-PURPOSE WARRANTY EXPRESSLY AGREED BY REHAN SPICES, AND TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY PERMITTED, WE DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This provision does not negate an accepted product description, an express warranty, the implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Retail consumer purchases are not subject to this disclaimer. Business buyers should provide special requirements before ordering and obtain written acceptance rather than rely on an unconfirmed assumption about a manufacturing process or finished product.
14. Business purchases: remedies and limitations
For business claims involving nonconforming goods, give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and provide replacement goods or a refund of the affected purchase price, with applicable shipping charges as required. Replacement or refund is an exclusive remedy only where separately and validly agreed. If an exclusive remedy fails its essential purpose, remedies available under applicable law remain available.
To the extent lawful and validly agreed, Rehan Spices’ liability for ordinary commercial economic loss is limited to the price paid or payable for the affected goods; indirect or consequential commercial loss, including lost profits, is excluded. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or where they would defeat a legally required remedy. They do not apply to retail consumer purchases. A separately accepted supply agreement may provide different protections and remedies.
15. Applicable law and protected rights
Where validly agreed and subject to mandatory law and any controlling supply agreement, California law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive a retail consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law. These terms do not impose arbitration, waive a class action, eliminate access to small claims court or prevent a complaint to a regulator.
If a provision cannot be enforced, it applies only to the lawful extent, or is severed where appropriate, without removing mandatory rights. A delay in exercising a right does not by itself waive it. Nothing here authorizes unlawful discrimination or restricts access to a remedy the law protects.
16. Website use and company content
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or business, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or misuse another person’s information. A person placing an order for a business must have authority to act for that business; this does not by itself make that person a personal guarantor.
Rehan Spices and its licensors retain applicable rights in the company name, mandala logo, original photography, artwork and website content. You may view, save or print information reasonably needed to evaluate or document a purchase. Do not republish brand assets in a way that falsely suggests ownership, affiliation or endorsement. Third-party links are provided for relevant information and remain subject to their operators’ policies. Website errors may be corrected prospectively; an error does not automatically amend an accepted order.
17. Notices, updates and contact
Use the contact details in your accepted order for written notices, or contact Rehan Spices Corporation at rehanspice@gmail.com or (562) 229-0049. Include your order or invoice reference and a contact method. Electronic records and signatures may be used where the parties agree and applicable law permits; an online payment alone is not agreement to unrelated terms.
Changes to this page do not retroactively change an accepted order. The version validly incorporated into that order applies unless the parties agree to a lawful amendment. Keep a copy of your accepted quote, order terms and any amendments.
